Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general orthopedic patient population.
• Evaluate patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Assist in improving patient mobility, function, and overall well-being through evidence-based therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality care and positive patient outcomes.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12-14 patients per day, with productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
• Ensure all therapy sessions and patient documentation meet clinic standards and guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license as a Physical Therapist in the state of Louisiana.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work 36 hours guaranteed per week with potential to work up to 40 hours.
• Willingness to see a varied patient population, including orthopedic cases.
• Ability to double-book follow-up visits to maximize patient throughput.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Open to first-time travel therapists.
• Strong communication and patient management skills.
