Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on general orthopedics.
• Manage a productivity target of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to meet patient care and productivity goals.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure quality patient outcomes and adherence to treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with clinic standards.
• Guarantee 36 hours per week with the possibility of working up to 40 hours, pending approval for additional hours.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• No new graduates or first-time travelers accepted.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in general orthopedics treatment.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to clinic protocols and workflows.
