Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to meet individual needs and goals • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Required Qualifications: • Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state of VA • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Ability to lift, transfer, and position patients safely • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working in LTC/SNF settings • Knowledge of medical records and electronic documentation systems • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
