Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized neonatal intensive care to critically ill newborns in a Level III NICU setting.
- Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, administer medications, and perform necessary procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Document patient care accurately within the Cerner electronic medical record system.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control practices.
- Demonstrate compassionate and attentive care to infants and families.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Minimum 2 years of NICU experience, preferably in a Level III or higher setting
- Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with peds, PICU, or mother-baby units
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused during emergencies

Note: This is a travel assignment scheduled for approximately 13 weeks, starting early October 2025, with night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.
