Registered Nurse - Home Health
Location: Everett, WA
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days shift, on-site
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to adult patients in a home health setting.
- Manage a caseload with a 1:1 patient ratio, visiting up to six patients per day.
- Document patient care accurately using provided systems such as HomeCare HomeBase and Oasis.
- Ensure timely communication and documentation for all patient visits.
- Comply with all healthcare regulations and maintain up-to-date licensure.
- Travel within a maximum radius of 50+ miles, utilizing personal transportation as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Skilled Home Health experience within the last three years.
- Valid Washington state RN license or a valid compact license.
- Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Ability to travel and manage a diverse patient caseload efficiently.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with charting in HomeCare HomeBase and Oasis.
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
