Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for high-risk obstetric patients in a busy Labor and Delivery unit.
• Circulate during cesarean section procedures, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting accurately in the electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
• Support culturally diverse patient populations with compassionate and personalized care.
• Participate in on-call rotations as scheduled.

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of California.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications.
• Experience in labor and delivery settings, with at least 1 year preferred.
• Ability to circulate during C-sections and handle high-risk OB cases.
• Willingness to float between units as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with Epic electronic charting system.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, acute care hospital environment.
