Schedule: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting • Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement treatments as ordered by physicians • Administer medications, vaccinations, and other treatments as prescribed • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
Required Qualifications:
• Current licensure as an LVN or LPN in the state of NM • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Ability to lift, transfer, and position patients safely
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Previous experience in LTC/SNF settings • Knowledge of medical documentation and record-keeping procedures • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
