Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients according to individualized treatment plans.
• Assess patient needs and develop appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records using EPIC charting system.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including attendance and attendance policies for travelers.
• Maintain professional licensure and certifications as required.

Required Qualifications

• Valid OT license in South Carolina (pending license accepted, must be obtained prior to start).
• NBCOT certification.
• BLS certification.
• Willingness to accept new graduates.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient setting preferred.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

• Local travelers accepted; no radius restrictions.

• Attendance policy strict for travelers—more than two missed shifts in a 13-week contract may lead to contract review.
