Key Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver high-quality clinical education programs for nursing staff in critical care, rapid response, and vascular access teams.
• Collaborate with leadership and clinical teams to plan, implement, and evaluate educational initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Serve as a mentor, coach, and role model to clinical staff, promoting best practices and professional development.
• Assess staff educational needs, creating tailored learning solutions to enhance patient care and critical thinking skills.
• Utilize industry standards and references from recognized organizations such as the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses, Infusion Nurses Society, and Society of Critical Care Medicine.
• Support quality improvement projects by aligning educational efforts with hospital and system-wide performance initiatives.

Required Qualifications
• Current and strong clinical educator experience (minimum 2 years) in a hospital setting.
• Active ACLS, NBLS certifications.
• MD or Compact RN license in good standing.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate educational programs for clinical staff.
• Excellent communication and mentorship skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in critical care, vascular access, or rapid response teams.
• Knowledge of performance improvement (PI) projects and system-wide quality initiatives.
• Familiarity with infection control and patient safety standards.
