Therapist Physical Therapy Assistant
Job Title: Therapist - Physical Therapy Assistant Location: Peabody, MA Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities: • Assist physical therapists in evaluating and treating patients with various injuries or conditions • Conduct patient assessments, take medical histories, and develop treatment plans • Implement exercises, modalities, and other interventions to promote patient recovery and mobility • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports
Required Qualifications: • Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant studies or equivalent • Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of MA • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Previous experience working in a clinical or rehabilitation setting • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
