• Travel / 13-week assignment / Night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive OB/GYN patient care, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
• Circulate during C-sections, assist physicians during deliveries, and monitor neonatal post-delivery care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, nutrition, and mobility, ensuring emotional and physical well-being.
• Attend fetal monitoring certification and neonatal resuscitation (NRP) courses as required.
• Document patient conditions accurately, communicate updates to physicians and families, and follow hospital policies during surgical recovery.

Required Qualifications

• Active Wyoming or multi-state RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years recent RN experience in Level 1 Nursery, Postpartum, OB/GYN, or L&D/LDRP settings.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, STABLE, and AWHONN (must be attached to submission; certification through the American Heart Association).
• Ability to assist during C-sections, deliveries, and neonatal assessments.
• Neonatal resuscitation (NRP) certification required; STABLE and AWHONN certifications preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for OB/GYN post-op patients (e.g., hysterectomies, antepartum, triage, labor/delivery, postpartum).
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Ability to float to other related units as needed based on census.
