Key Responsibilities

• Perform cardiac catheterization procedures and assist with electrophysiology (EP) cases.
• Circulate, scrub, and record during special procedures involving cardiac diagnostics and interventions.
• Administer blood products, perform sheath removals, and support various vascular access devices including PICC lines, port-a-caths, and central lines.
• Monitor and respond to patient needs during complex cardiac procedures such as cardioversion and defibrillation.
• Follow strict safety and procedural protocols, ensuring patient care quality and accuracy in record-keeping.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience (required).
• Current ACLS and BCLS certifications.
• Ability to float to other facilities as needed.
• Must have experience with cardiac diagnostics, interventional procedures, and specialty equipment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a Providence-affiliated facility (minimum 3 months separation required if previously employed there).
• Familiarity with administering procedural sedation and vascular device care.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to adapt to various clinical environments.
