Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders in a compassionate and professional manner.
• Record measurements, readings, and patient assessments accurately.
• Assess patient conditions and administer prescribed treatments and medications.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to coordinate care planning.
• Lead and support other caregivers on the unit to ensure quality care delivery.

Required Qualifications

• BSN or ADN and current Ohio RN License.
• CPR certification within 30 days of employment.
• Previous oncology care experience.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Attention to detail and the ability to analyze patient reactions and clinical data.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a hospital or oncology outpatient setting.
• Ability to read, interpret, and explain moderately complex medical information.
• Knowledge of infection control policies and universal precautions.
