Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical unit during night shifts.
- Monitor patient conditions and document accurately.
- Assist with patient assessments, medication administration, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Follow established protocols and safety procedures at all times.
- Participate in patient handoffs and shift changes effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and active RN license in the State of Maine.
- Current ACLS and BLS/BCLS certifications.
- Prior medical-surgical nursing experience.
- Ability to work night shift hours from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am.
- Must adhere to flu vaccination requirements mandated by the State of Maine.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Telemetry experience is highly preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced hospital environment.
