Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care and support within the Labor & Delivery (L&D) unit during night shifts.
- Respond promptly to rapid response situations, ensuring patient safety and timely interventions.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver quality nursing care aligned with best practices.
- Document patient care activities accurately and comprehensively.
- Maintain adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards throughout the shift.
- Support patient and family education related to care plans and immediate needs.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Tennessee.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience, preferably in acute care or similar setting.
- Strong communication and assessment skills.
- Ability to work night shifts and deliver high-quality patient care under pressure.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in Labor & Delivery (L&D) or maternal health is advantageous but not required.
- Certification in neonatal resuscitation or related specialties is a plus.
