Job Title

- Travel, 13-week assignment, full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Provide circulating nursing care in the OR for surgical patients across various specialties including neuro, ortho, GYN, CV, robotics, urology, and general surgery.
- Assist with preoperative and postoperative patient care, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure efficient workflow and patient safety during procedures.
- Document patient care and surgical events accurately in the Meditech system.
- Float as needed across different units following hospital policies.
Required Qualifications
- Active Texas RN license (temporary licenses not accepted)
- At least 2 years of operating room experience, specifically with neurosurgery
- BLS certification
- Proficiency in circulating nurse duties and various service lines
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Meditech electronic medical records system
- Additional certifications relevant to surgical nursing are a plus
