• Full-time, Days shift, On-site
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality nursing care in antepartum, labor, and delivery units, including fetal heart monitoring and high-risk pregnancy management
• Assist with cesarean sections and vaginal deliveries, ensuring maternal and neonatal safety
• Monitor postpartum patients, including couplet care for newborns and mothers when needed
• Float to postpartum units as required, with flexibility for block scheduling at the discretion of management
• Maintain accurate documentation using Epic electronic charting system
• Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards, including certifications and emergency procedures
Required Qualifications
• Valid RN license in California
• ACLS, AWHONN Advanced, BCLS, NRP, and FHM certifications
• At least 2 years of recent labor and delivery experience
• No on-call requirement, with the ability to float between units as needed
• Willingness to work days shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with high-risk pregnancies and fetal monitoring
• Ability to perform newborn and maternal couplet care
• Flexibility to assist with cesarean sections and vaginal deliveries
