Key Responsibilities • Provide high-quality patient care to a diverse population of patients in a medical surgical setting • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to meet individual needs • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions • Document patient information accurately and efficiently in electronic medical records
Required Qualifications • Current RN licensure in the state of Colorado • BLS certification • Med/Surg background • Experience working with patients with complex medical conditions
Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience working with patients with spinal cord injuries or stage 4 wounds • Familiarity with EMR systems, including Meditech • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
