Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient nursing care in a fast-paced clinic setting.
• Assist with patient assessments, vital sign collection, and documentation.
• Perform special procedures such as nurse-initiated tests, incision checks, blood pressure checks, and diabetes teaching.
• Utilize electronic medical records systems, specifically EPIC, for charting and documentation.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care and efficient clinic operations.
• Manage telephone triage and patient education as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an OBGYN or outpatient/ambulatory care setting.
• Experience with telephone triage and special procedures listed above.
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record systems.
• Valid RN license in Washington State or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a clinical outpatient environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a specialized OBGYN outpatient clinic.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to a potential switch to 4x10-hour shifts if discussed during interview.
