Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).
- Float within scope to all pediatric units as needed to meet facility demands.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor and document patient conditions, administer medications, and support families.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols during shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Pediatric ICU experience.
- Valid RN license in South Carolina or a multi-state/compact license.
- BLS and PALS certifications (acceptable through American Heart Association).
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with ECMO and CRRT procedures.
- Ability to work flexible schedules with approval, including block scheduling.
