Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Days shift, 3x12-hour shifts, with holiday rotation
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to cardiac patients in the CVICU setting
- Monitor and respond to patient needs, ensuring optimal recovery outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient care accurately in the electronic health record system
- Participate in on-call rotations as required
- Float within scope to meet unit or facility needs when necessary
Required Qualifications
- SC license or compact license in hand prior to start
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of cardiac ICU experience
- Valid driver’s license (must be willing to travel within the required radius)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a high-acuity cardiac ICU setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong critical thinking skills
