Schedule / Job Type
Full-time, night shifts, 3x12s (7 p.m. - 7 a.m.), with holiday rotation
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized critical care to ICU patients in a 276-bed acute care hospital
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergencies efficiently
- Document patient progress accurately in the electronic charting system
- Float within scope to meet unit and facility needs, including working in sister units if necessary
- Participate in holiday and weekend rotations, including every other weekend
Required Qualifications
- Valid South Carolina license or Compact license prior to start date
- Minimum of 1 year ICU experience
- Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Ability to work night shifts and flexible scheduling as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Epic charting system preferred
- Previous experience in a hospital with a high-volume ICU setting
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Additional Notes
- Open to travelers only; local candidates within 60 miles are not accepted
- RTO requests must be included upfront; approval based on hospital needs
- During hurricane season (June - November), employees may be assigned to emergency response teams if necessary
