Key Responsibilities
• Provide patient care within the IMC, PCU, and Stepdown units, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and implement treatment plans.
• Collaborate with medical teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Float within scope to multiple hospital locations within 20 miles as needed.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years inpatient cardio or stepdown nursing experience.
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications (must be valid at submission).
• NIHSS certification required prior to start date.
• Valid nursing license in Florida.
• Epic Electronic Medical Record experience (rating 3 or 4).
• Familiarity with cardiac drips.
• Nicotine-free (verified via negative 10-panel drug screen).

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous ICU experience is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize time-sensitive modules and training.
