Key Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy services to clients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional ability.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and patient progress.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and safety requirements, including COVID-19 testing protocols.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Massachusetts state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
• Relevant degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Ability to complete and submit credentialing documentation, including resume, license verification, and references.
• Compliance with COVID-19 testing requirements (test within 72 hours prior to start, results within 48 hours).
• Successfully pass background checks (criminal, sex offender registry, credit, and SSN trace).
• Completion of 8 hours of Dementia Training.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Recent graduate accepted.
• SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience preferred.
• Prior experience with adult patient populations.
