Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- document patient care accurately in compliance with facility policies.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure quality patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Experience working in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facilities (SNF) preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work night shifts reliably.
- Up-to-date immunizations and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a SNF or LTC setting.
- Ability to handle multiple patient cases efficiently.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification.
