Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy.
• Implement therapy sessions aligned with physicians' recommendations.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and long-term wellness strategies.
Required Qualifications
• Valid Physical Therapist license for the state of Virginia.
• Current healthcare certification as required.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in outpatient or rehabilitation settings.
• Knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
