Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in various settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting treatments accordingly.
• Educate patients and families about treatment routines and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress notes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong understanding of physical therapy practices and modalities.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in outpatient or hospital settings.
• Knowledge of electronic medical record systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
