Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Provide patient care services to support rehabilitation and improve daily living skills.
• Monitor patient progress and document session outcomes accurately.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver holistic patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Current state licensure or registration as required.
• Experience working in a healthcare or clinical setting preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in outpatient or hospital environments.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
