Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Administer medications and monitor patient health status.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Document patient assessments and treatment interventions accurately.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
- Respond promptly to residents' needs and communicate effectively with staff and families.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in North Carolina.
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-focused care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of clinical procedures and documentation standards.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous work in a skilled nursing or LTC setting.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
