Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and interventions to aid recovery and improve mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families on recovery processes and at-home exercises.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Current state-specific license or certification to practice.
• Strong understanding of physical therapy practices and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a outpatient or hospital setting.
• Knowledge of specialized therapy techniques or pediatric care.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
