Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to diverse patient populations to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and clinical standards
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure treatment adherence
• Document patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress in compliance with facility policies

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in outpatient or hospital environments
• CPR/BLS certification
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
