Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language assessments for a diverse patient population.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver therapy sessions to improve communication skills.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state License as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Professional competency in speech and language disorder assessments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
- Familiarity with pediatric or adult speech therapy.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
