Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to clients across various settings
• Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individual treatment plans based on client needs
• Collaborate with healthcare teams, families, and caregivers to ensure optimal care
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
Required Qualifications
• Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in rehabilitation, school, or outpatient settings
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
• Knowledge of pediatric and adult therapy techniques
