Job Title

Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed occupational therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to clients to promote independence and functional ability
• Document patient progress and update treatment records accurately
• Support patient assessment and participate in team meetings as needed
• Ensure safety and comfort of patients during therapy sessions

Required Qualifications
• Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license / credential
• Previous experience working with diverse patient populations preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow therapy plans and adapt to patient needs

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in outpatient or acute care settings
• Familiarity with documentation and electronic medical records
• Bilingual skills are a plus
