Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately
- Respond to resident needs effectively during scheduled shifts and on-call weekends
Required Qualifications
- Valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Must be able to work scheduled days with on-call weekend rotation
- Strong communication and compassionate patient care skills
- Ability to assess and respond to resident needs in a timely manner
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, and other healthcare regulations
- CPR/BLS certification
