Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities.
- Monitor patient health status, administer medications, and update care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assess residents' needs and execute appropriate interventions.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico.
- Proven experience working in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices and infection control protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle clinical situations with professionalism and compassion.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
- Familiarity with state and federal healthcare regulations.
