Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and condition, reporting changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, and activities of daily living.
- Document patient care accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN/LPN license in the state of West Virginia.
- Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing environment.
- Good communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic nursing procedures.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in LTC or SNF settings.
- Bilingual skills or additional certifications are a plus.
