Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient mobility and functionality.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient encounters and treatment outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Proven experience in physical therapy practice.
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in outpatient or hospital settings.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
