Key Responsibilities

• Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and facility policies.

Required Qualifications

• Valid occupational therapy license in the state of Washington, DC.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience working in skilled nursing facilities (SNF).
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of regulations and documentation standards for SNF settings.
