Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders.
- Monitor and record patients’ conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatments.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all facility policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
- Support and educate residents and their families regarding care and health management.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and active RN license in the state of Virginia.
- Previous experience in LTC or SNF preferred.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with diverse patient populations.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and other healthcare regulations.
