- Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
- Conduct therapeutic exercises and private therapy sessions
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately
- Provide support to patients during rehabilitation activities
- Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification
- Proven experience assisting in physical therapy settings
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and modalities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in outpatient or clinical rehabilitation settings
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Bilingual skills a plus
