Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• Administer medications and monitor residents' health status.
• Implement care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• Document resident care accurately and thoroughly.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and alert the team to changes in condition.
Required Qualifications
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire.
• Proven experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and handle a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience with elderly or geriatric care.
• CPR and first aid certifications.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records.
