Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive speech therapy services to clients of all ages.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate communication, speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to support client progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress notes.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing therapy services.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Proven experience in speech therapy, preferably in a clinical or school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Pediatric or adult caseload experience.
- Bilingual skills or experience working with diverse populations.
