Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions
• Assess patient needs and progress, adjusting therapies as necessary to achieve rehabilitation goals
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal treatment outcomes
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding physical therapy techniques and post-treatment care
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient sessions and progress

Required Qualifications
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in outpatient or outpatient rehabilitation settings
• Knowledge of manual therapy techniques and modalities
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
