Job Title
• Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF

Schedule / Job Type
• Days shift, Contract or Temp-to-Hire opportunities available (schedule change to Thursday-Saturday not needed until 9/25)
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
• Monitor and evaluate patient health, vital signs, and medication administration
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with regulatory guidelines
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and facility policies
• Assist in resident assessments and support their overall well-being
Required Qualifications
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience working in LTC or SNF settings preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient needs
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience with geriatrics or long-term care residents
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
• CPR certification
