Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to patients across assigned locations.
- Float to different sites, including facilities such as Mount Greylock, based on departmental needs.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Proven experience delivering speech therapy services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, float staffing environment.
- Knowledge of patient assessment and treatment plan development.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in diverse facility settings.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different patient needs and environments.
