Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed occupational therapists in providing therapy services to patients.
- Implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities as directed.
- Monitor patient progress and report outcomes to supervising therapists.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatment sessions and patient records.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license or certification.
- Ability to follow treatment plans and work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience assisting in occupational therapy.
- Knowledge of therapy equipment and therapeutic techniques.
