Job Title

- Days (Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed therapists in implementing patient treatment plans under supervision
- Support patient recovery by providing therapeutic interventions and exercises
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment sessions
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment
- Adhere to all clinical protocols and safety guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification in the state of California
- PPO or other relevant therapy certification preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in outpatient or clinical settings as a PTA
- Familiarity with patient documentation systems
- Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and modalities
