- Full-time, Days shift, Wednesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients according to individualized treatment plans
- Assess patients’ functional needs and develop appropriate therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home programs
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of California
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a clinical or outpatient setting
- Knowledge of therapeutic techniques for diverse patient populations
