Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy assistance to patients in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) and split facility environments.
• Assist licensed therapists in implementing treatment plans and documenting patient progress.
• Support patient rehabilitation activities to promote recovery and mobility.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols related to patient treatment.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).
• Valid certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in split facility environments.
• Familiarity with documentation and regulatory compliance standards.
